For the past twenty years we have been located in the San Bernardino downtown courthouse area, with easy access to State and Federal Courts in Riverside, and the State Court of Appeal in Riverside.
Since 1990 this office has been representing clients in the following areas: Native American Sovereignty, Federal Civil Rights, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Insurance Bad Faith, Products Liability, and Construction Contract disputes.
Mr. Mullick combines a broad academic and work experience including Engineering and Economics, with more than twenty years of professional experience in those fields, and twenty years of experience litigating in State and United States Federal Courts. This broad knowledge and experience enables us to understand the problems of our clients, and to see issues beyond a narrow legal point of view. We are better equipped to see and understand issues, to anticipate hidden problems, and to devise a strong legal strategy. We candidly advise each client about the merits and risks of litigation for his or her case.
